Rong Ren received his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University in 2017, under the supervision of Professor Sun Weilin. From 2017 to 2022, he conducted postdoctoral research at Zhejiang University, working with Associate Professor He Qinggang. Currently, he serves as an assistant researcher in the laboratory of Professor Sun Licheng at the Center of Artificial Photosynthesis for Solar Fuels@Westlake University. His research focuses on the development of key materials and the construction of devices for alkaline electrolytic water splitting membrane electrodes, including the design and synthesis of anion exchange membranes and organic framework electrocatalysts, as well as the preparation and assembly of membrane electrode assemblies.
