Cheng Cai obtained his Ph.D. from East China University of Science and Technology in 2020, under the supervision of Academician Hu Ying, Professor Liu Honglai and Professor Zhao Shuangliang. From March 2021 to March 2023, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Center of Artificial Photosynthesis for Solar Fuels @Westlake University, under the guidance of Dr. Wang Tao. Currently, he serves as an assistant researcher in Dr. Wang Tao's laboratory at the Center of Artificial Photosynthesis for Solar Fuels@Westlake University. His research direction: developing intelligent and effective theoretical simulation methods to achieve rational and efficient screening design of catalytic materials, contributing to the green preparation of solar fuels.
