Hengquan Chen graduated with a Ph.D. from the College of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Zhejiang University in 2020. He then pursued postdoctoral research at the Department of Chemistry, Xiamen University, under the supervision of Professor Li Jianfeng.
He conducted postdoctoral research at Yang Wenxing’s Laboratory, Center of Artificial Photosynthesis for Solar Fuels@Westlake University, from December 2022 to January 2025.
Research Direction: In-situ spectroscopic studies on catalyst-driven oxygen evolution and carbon dioxide reduction.
